Who we are

This website and the shop are run by URstory NPC (registration number 2023/116541/08), Still Bay, South Africa.

Using the website

You are welcome to read and share what is on this website. The text, photographs, videos and designs belong to URstory or to the people who made them, so please ask before you copy them for any other use.

Orders and prices

All prices in the shop are in South African rand.
When you place an order you are asking us to sell you the items. We confirm your order by e-mail. If an item is out of stock or a price on the website was wrong, we will tell you and you may cancel.
Colours in photographs can look a little different on your screen.

Payment

You pay when you order, through our payment provider. Your order is not complete until the payment has gone through.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are explained on the shipping and delivery and returns and exchanges pages, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Responsibility

We work hard to keep the website correct and available, but we cannot promise it will never have mistakes or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using the website, except where we are at fault.
