Founder of URstory SandBoxBible, which focuses on the unreached ethnic groups of the world, mainly the 10-40 window, and of Slowkou Still Bay, a ministry among women and disadvantaged groups in the Hessequa region of the Western Cape.

Her story,
in her words.
Age 7
When I was 7 years old, I had a vivid dream. In it Jesus came down on a huge white cloud, and I knew it was too late for me to accept Him. I became very afraid. That is when He spoke to me with an audible voice: “Do not be afraid, you are coming with Me.” Physical warmth and incredible peace surrounded me, and then I woke up.
High school
One day, while I was still in high school, the Holy Spirit suddenly spoke into my heart as I walked behind one of the classrooms during break time. He said: “You are following Me because you are scared of hell, not because you know Me.” That was a defining moment in my personal walk and friendship with God.
1996
God called me to full-time missions through Jeremiah 1:5.
1997
A dear friend introduced me to YWAM, and I joined. My very first trip, to India for a few months, changed my life forever. I saw the unreached face to face and met hundreds of people, nice people, who had not even heard the name of Jesus or known that there is a Creator.
2011
I became a trained Transformation Prayer Ministry (TPM) counsellor.

Bringing the Word to life where Bibles are rare and hearts are waiting.

Slowkou Still Bay
A group for women who are single, divorced, or simply in need of a place to be with other women in a healthy environment. Running it gives me a lot of joy.

Teaching
I love the University of the Nations, especially the College of Bible Engagement, and I am on the Team for Bible Engagement Faculty.

Frontier missions
I am part of the South Africa Frontier Missions Full Nets Team, which keeps my focus on the 10-40 window. Since losing my visa after years overseas, I create resources in other languages through stop-motion animation, from home.

The road
In 2026 I set out on motorcycles with a team through southern Africa: 81 days, 12 nations.

One to one
If needed, I help people work through trauma, events and questions they have through Sandplay.

God has always
been faithful.
With faithful prayer partners and monthly sponsors, I keep going. I have never earned a salary, yet God has always been faithful through His body. Thank you.
