Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa. The shop does not take orders for delivery to other countries.

Two ways to receive your order

Collect in Still Bay. There is no delivery charge. When your order is confirmed we will tell you where and when you can collect it.
Flat-rate delivery. One delivery price for the whole order, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. You choose collection or delivery at checkout.

After you order

You will get an order confirmation by e-mail. We will contact you by e-mail or WhatsApp to arrange collection, or to tell you when your order has been sent. If something is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before anything is sent.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please tell us as soon as you can and send a photo if you can. Your rights as a buyer under South African law, described on the returns page, are not affected by anything on this page.
